On Sunday, September 15, 2024, the Board of Trustees is calling a Special Congregational meeting to immediately follow the 11 am worship service (approximately 12:15).

In Person in the Sanctuary AND via Zoom

We will gather in the Sanctuary and online via Zoom to vote on the following motion proposed by the Board:

The congregation of UUCB authorizes a loan of up to $190,000 from the Board-Designated Endowment Fund to replenish the Ministerial Housing Fund, to be repaid incrementally over the next approximately eight years from net proceeds from rental of the church-owned property known as the Lexington Lodge.

INFORMATION FOR 9/15/24 SPECIAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
The meeting will begin immediately after service.
The important, and only, item up for a vote is to authorize a loan of up to $190,000 from the Board-Designated Endowment Fund to replenish the Ministerial Housing Fund, to be repaid incrementally over approximately the next eight years from the net proceeds from the rental of the church-owned property known as Lexington Lodge.

Voting Process
All members certified to vote (holding membership for 60 days  or more) will receive a voting card for in-person voting.  Online attendees, please use the “raise hand” reaction, if possible.  Otherwise, raise your physical hand in front of your device’s camera.
