This year’s Stewardship campaign has begun! As a reminder, Stewardship is what we call our annual pledge drive. Every year around this time we ask all members and friends to consider what kind of financial contribution they intend to give in the next church year (2026-27), written down as their “pledge”. We take the total amount pledged and tell it to the board who then sets the budget. The board can make their best plans if we can give them an accurate accounting of what we all plan to give next year.
Anyone who submits their pledge form by March 6 is invited to join us that evening for a special party we’re calling a Fire Soiree. There will be wine and chocolate covered strawberries. Weather gods permitting, we’ll be on the patio watching the sunset, joining together in a short ritual of lighting the lanterns and sharing some words of commitment.
