Come join Susan Wansing for a Mindful Movement class to help us unwind, relax and feel more energized during these challenging times. Now more than ever, it is important we move the stress out of our bodies and return to feeling grounded. We will practice gentle yoga poses and qi gong movements that will increase flexibility, build strength, and improve balance. We will be standing or sitting in chairs. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes.
