UUCB’s covenant names something bold: that building healthy relationships is a spiritual practice. In this session, we’ll move beyond the words of our covenant and into the practice of it — exploring what it actually looks like to listen appreciatively, speak with care, and stay in right relationship when it’s hard, not just when it’s easy.
We’ll dig into questions like: How do we communicate honestly and compassionately in the middle of conflict? What does it mean to assume good intentions when we’re hurt? How do we practice forgiveness and repair as an ongoing spiritual discipline, not a one-time fix?
This class is for anyone ready to explore covenant not as a document we sign, but as a daily practice we return to — together.
