Sing, play, and connect! Unity in Song with Renée Benmeleh is all about improvising music together—sometimes wacky, sometimes soulful, always joyful. Six Thursdays, Oct. 13–Nov. 17 at UUCB.

Diane Rusnak is a member of UUCB and a Bay Area artist making imagery from night dreams. Diane will be showing many images of my lifelong paintings and mixed media works that grew out of my dreams and changed my life for the better! Book discussion meetings include a community beading project—joining together our intentions for the common good. UUCB is excited to host one of Litquake's sessions in the Bay Area!It’s no exaggeration to call Mona’s Eyes an international sensation. The novel by Thomas Schlesser is not only a #1 bestseller in his native France, it’s also captivated audiences worldwide, having been translated into 37 languages, including Braille. In his only Bay Area appearance on his North American tour, Schlesser will be in conversation with Tausif Noor, curatorial associate at Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA). The Social Justice Council is asking for nominations for our 2026 Good Neighbor Line Up. Anyone in the Congregation is free to nominate eligible non profits. Nominations are due by Friday, October 31. We will be voting to choose the final 12 organizations on December 10. You can fill out the nomination form online, or get a paper copy at the Social Justice Table in the atrium through the month of October.
