UUCB 2022 Ministerial Search Congregational Survey
UUCB is searching for a new minister and the Ministerial Search Committee invites your participation in the process by completing the Congregational Survey linked below. The Congregational Survey is an important step in the ministerial search process. The data collected through this survey serve multiple purposes:
- to provide a census of our members and friends
- to help update our congregational story
- to inform our ministerial candidates about who we are and who we aspire to become
- to communicate what we are looking for in a new minister
The survey will open Sunday September 4, and the target date for completion is Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022. Please note that the survey is collected anonymously so you are encouraged to be as open as you feel comfortable. Your Search Committee is ready and excited to hear what you have to say. We are similarly excited to hear from our youth. If you are a parent or guardian, please inquire with your child to see if they would like to fill out their own copy. Finally, please share this email with any friends and family who have attended UUCB at any time, in any capacity!
The survey will be primarily conducted online through a Google Form. If you have a Google account and log into via your web browser prior to taking the survey, Google will save your answers and you may return to the survey at a later time. If you do not have a Google account to log into, you must complete the survey in one browser session. If you close the browser before hitting the submit button, your responses will be lost. We understand that some people may have multiple accounts, including a Google account, so please check which account you are logged into; it may be different from the one through which you are receiving this email.
Paper surveys will be available in the atrium after service every Sunday at the Ministerial Search Committee table. Paper surveys can be taken home to be completed and returned to the office at UUCB or by mail to UUCB (c/o Ministerial Search Committee) at 1 Lawson Rd., Kensington, CA, 94707. Please make sure the survey is postmarked no later than Friday September 23, 2022. You may also call UUCB to request that a survey be mailed to you by calling the UUCB office (510-525-0302).
