Resources and Events for Election Week

#VoteLove and #DefeatHate!

If this year has taught us anything, it is that our wellbeing is intimately tied with our ability to go through the compounding difficulties we have been facing. We encourage you to develop a system of resources to monitor and tend to your mental health, and you can start here: Assessing the Effects of a Critical IncidentMethods to Maintain Resilience. If you would like additional support, email pastoralcare@uucb.org.

Come and be part of the sound wave, sending out vibrations of freedom. All are welcome. All are needed on the spiritual journey toward truer FREEDOM. Co-creators include current students, board members, community members, and more.

You are invited to come when you can and stay for as long as you can. Attendees should bring at least six candles and some matches.

7:30-10:00 pm Election Night Pop-in/Hang Out
Zoom – Pop in and hang out with Lonnie Moseley, Cordell Sloan, and Rev. Fran Moulton and other UUCBers (maybe Rev. Michelle will come and hang out). We know that the results from the election won’t be clear for a number of weeks. But we can still be together and talk (no depressing talk, please). Every thirty minutes, a song will play with lyrics on the screen.  There’s no agenda. It’s just a place to be together on Election night, if you feel up to it.
