    9:30 a.m. In-person in the Fireside Room and online on Zoom, Personal Theology welcomes two musicians on a shared journey: guitarist, Peppino D’Agostino, who was shaped by a lifelong career in music; and psychologist, Dr. Barb Minton, UUCB Member, returning to music after many years away. Together, Barb and Peppino will take us through an experience to show how music reaches beyond words…that music speaks directly to our inner world and shapes the way we experience meaning.  And yes, the music will be live!     Our ever-growing group meets again in the Fireside Room, led this time by Mansi Kathuria, the director of the  B4D section of Cal’s Othering and Belonging Institute.  We will continue discussing how to “bridge” with people we may disagree with, either politically or personally.

    Family-friendly (K and up) Ukulele Summer Camp at UUCB July 13-17 is now enrolling. Parents are encouraged to enroll and learn along with their kids, and families with two or more campers enrolled receive a discount.

    August 3 – August 7, 2026
    Chalice camp is a fun and meaningful week-long summer day camp for rising 1st through 6th graders. At camp, they learn values while expanding their knowledge and capacity to be articulate about what they believe. The activities during the week include energetic daily outside worship, classic childhood games, drama, art, cooking, community building, and community service based on curriculum developed by religious educators of our faith.
