PACKAGES

Standard Package

Price listed is for up to six (6) consecutive hours, up to 200 guests and includes all major rooms on campus. Includes tables, chairs, basic sound system and AV technician/event host, kitchen for minimum use including counters, refrigerators, and freezer (no ovens, ranges, or dish sanitizer). Includes a 2 hour day before rehearsal during business hours (11a-5p).

Premium Package

Price listed is for up to eight (8) consecutive hours, up to 200 guests and includes all major rooms on campus. Includes Standard Package plus full use of the kitchen, including use of the ovens, 16 burner stove and dish sanitizer, all-inclusive audiovisual system, and piano use.  Includes a 2 hour day before rehearsal during business hours (11a-5p).

Platinum Package

Price listed is for up to ten (10) consecutive hours, up to 200 guests and includes all major rooms on campus. Includes Premium Package plus black seat covers on UUCB chairs, livestreaming (sanctuary only) and second AV technician/event host, piano use with UUCB pianist (pending availability), and shade coverings for the Terrace. Includes a 3 hour evening before rehearsal (must end by 10pm).

Add on 2 hours same day for set up and/or clean up – $300

CONCERTS

Concert Block – 4 or 5 hours

Includes Sanctuary, Music Room, and Atrium for ticket sales only plus one sound tech from UUCB staff.

Concert – additional hours – $100/hr

*Evening and weekend pricing in effect for rentals in the month of December

Kitchen Rental Rates
