Rev. Cat Cox has committed her life to helping people find their “Path of Joy.” Her Summer Forum presentation on finding purpose and joy in Elderhood focuses us on how to explore the richness of distilling the experiences and wisdom of a lifetime into a conscious plan.

She advocates for how we can make the most our experiences in life in the time that we have left for ourselves and as a gift for those we care about.
