Greater Richmond Interfaith Project (GRIP) seeks to eradicate homelessness and revitalize the West County Community through case management, enrichment and training opportunities to help stabilize low to moderate income community members. GRIP uses a unique approach to meet the complex needs of our consumers, by using our multi disciplinary case management team. Our team consists of a housing navigator, families in transitions specialist, mental health professionals and alcohol and other drug counselors.
