October 2019 Good Neighbor

Greater Richmond Interfaith Program (GRIP) seeks to eradicate homelessness and revitalize the West County Community through case management, enrichment and training opportunities to help stabilize low-moderate income community members. “GRIP uses a unique approach to meet the complex needs of our consumers, by using our Multi-Disciplinary Case Management team. The team consists of a Housing Navigator (identifies and provides the best housing options for our consumers, while eliminating the barriers to attain housing), Families in Transitions Specialists (provides intensive case management for identified homeless youth and their families), Mental Health Professional and Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor.”
