9:30 am - 10:30 am

The UUCB Peace Committee will screen “Time to Abolish War,” a powerful documentary about the Hague Appeal for Peace which occurred on May 1999 and was attended by 10,000 people from all over the world.

Kofi Annan, then Secretary General of the UN, Bishop Tutu and many other prominent world leaders speak as well as delegates representing 800 organizations.  The film is powerful, relevant, moving. About 25 minutes.

The Hague Agenda is relevant today.  A meaningful participant discussion led by Don Klose and various UUCB Peace Committee members will follow the showing of the film.

This is an in-person only showing in the Fireside Room.  No Zoom hybrid because of copyright legalities.
