There will be a Special Board of Trustees Meeting regarding the donation of a parsonage house by Jane Lundin. Discussion will include:

• Acceptance of the donation;

• Authorization of expenditures from the Cope Ministerial Housing Fund to pay off the property’s loan balance, transactions fee, and necessary repairs;

• Approval of the compensation package for the minister if they choose the parsonage housing option.
