On Sunday, May 19, 2024, after the conclusion of the 11 am worship service and a light lunch (approximately 12:45), we will gather in the Sanctuary and online via Zoom for our annual Celebration and Planning Congregational Meeting.

- Hear about the state of our finances in advance of approving our new budget
- Vote on the proposed 2024-25 fiscal year budget
Below you’ll find information about the voting process as well as links to the meeting agenda, the proposed budget to be voted on by the congregation at the meeting (in-person and Zoom voting), and a link to the draft of the minutes of our previous Congregational Meeting.
VOTING PROCESS FOR THIS MEETING
The main item up for vote at this meeting is the approval of the 2024-5 budget. All persons who hold certified membership—are 14 years or older, have signed the membership book and have been a member for at least 60 days—are eligible to vote.
To obtain your voting card that you’ll use to vote, please see Board member Helen Toy who’ll be in the atrium near the sanctuary doors. Members attending on Zoom will vote by hand count. Additional voting information will be given at the meeting.
