The annual Awards, Canvass and Election Congregational Meeting will be held immediately after the 11:00 a.m. service on February 14, 2016. Among the items on the agenda are:

• awarding the Flaming Chalice to four members for their outstanding service to the Church
• electing and installing the new members of the Board of Trustees, who will be assuming their responsibilities at the close of the meeting
• reviewing the canvass pledge goal for the coming year

We hope all members will be able to join us!

There will be a brief Board of Trustees meeting immediately afterward to elect our officers.
