Come to UUSF Saturday afternoon, March 16 to learn about our national covenant

This year, all UU congregations across the country are invited to weigh in on changes to Article II of the UUA’s Bylaws, Principles and Purposes, which were last revised in 1987.
A study commission was appointed in 2017, and they recommend an overhaul of our denominational covenant to be simpler and more values based. You can see the recommended changes here: https://www.uua.org/files/2023-10/a2_final_line_num_10312023.pdf
Members from UU Congregations from across the Bay Area will gather, since delegates to the national General Assembly in June will be voting on the proposed changes.

This is a great opportunity to collaborate with other local congregations, and the ministers of the three largest Bay Area UU congregations have all committed to being there.
