The UUCB Transition Team is a task force reporting to the Interim Minister and charged with helping UUCB to:

Understand / heal / celebrate / accept its past
Identify / communicate / honor the hopes / fears / feelings and needs that are present
Determine a realistic three year vision that describes the congregation we collectively commit to becoming
Help the institution programmatically and organizationally evolve towards its vision.
