For over twenty-five years UUCB has offered classes and workshops that express the Unitarian Universalist value of drawing inspiration from diverse faiths, philosophies and various wisdom traditions. As we develop psychologically, emotionally and sacredly, our social actions become more compassionate. Classes and workshops provide an environment for the realization and enhancement of our connection with the larger reality in which we live. Anyone interested in pursuing transformative experiences may enroll.

- The Wisdom Within: Opening to Your Soul Guidance
This all-day workshop is a follow-up to Rev. Cat’s recent talk at Personal Theology, “A Weird Woman Getting Weirder.” We’ll play with combining dream images, art-as-exploration, journaling, visualization and energy work as ways of accessing the wisdom of Spirit/Source Energy/Divine that is bubbling up in your soul life now and offering you unique guidance for this time in your life.
It has been a challenging 2018 for many of us so far. Take this day and time to really connect and find the healing energies within you that will carry you through the rest of the year and beyond. You don’t need any special experience or skills. Art supplies will be provided as well as meditative music during lunch (which will be provided).
