DESCRIPTION:9:30 a.m. In-Person in Fireside Room and on Zoom\, UUCB member 
 Mac Lingo will explore this story from both the Torah\, or Old Testament\,
  and the Talmud\, a collection of Jewish writings from the 3rd to 6th cent
 uries in the common era. He will be reflecting on murder from his 10 years
 ’ experience working with inmates at San Quentin and the effect that com
 mitting a murder has on a person’s life. Moses is described in the Torah
  as having murdered a man whom he saw abusing a Hebrew slave. But when you
  look in the Talmud there is another surprising version of the story.  Cli
