Easter Sunday, 11:15 am, “Practice Resurrection”

11:15 am

Lawyer and Sikh activist, Valarie Kaur, has asked “What if this is not the darkness of the tomb, but the darkness of the womb? What if our America is not dead, but a country that is waiting to be born?” Join us this Easter Sunday as we celebrate the power of life and love over death and hate. Everyone is invited to bring a bell to ring every time they hear “Hallelujah!”

Easter Sunday, 9:30 am, “Family Service”

9:30 am

Join us this Easter Sunday for a shorter service of story, song, and celebrating the power of life and love over death and hate. Candidate Week: Better Than Any Gem

As UUs, we often think our ideas are the most powerful thing our faith has to offer. And yet, our congregations are no longer the only places where people can hear and live out ideas like each person’s inherent dignity and the value of human agency. This week we consider a precious gift our faith can offer our rapidly changing world, and how allowing that gift to shape our congregations just might lead us into a bright future.
