For over twenty-five years UUCB has offered classes and workshops that express the Unitarian Universalist value of drawing inspiration from diverse faiths, philosophies and various wisdom traditions. As we develop psychologically, emotionally and sacredly, our social actions become more compassionate. Classes and workshops provide an environment for the realization and enhancement of our connection with the larger reality in which we live. Anyone interested in pursuing transformative experiences may enroll.

  • Adult Religious Education: Spiritual Practices
    • 01-28-2018
    • Wish you had a deeper sense of connection with your inner self and All-That-Is? Want to grow in patience, compassion, and self-awareness? These gatherings are an opportunity to pursue inner growth and depth by trying out a different spiritual practice from among our faith’s Six Sources. Together we will try practices like guided meditation, chanting, haiku writing, Torah study, and more. Check out the Beacon newsletter to learn which practice or discipline we will try that month. If you have a spiritual practice that you would like to share with others as part of these gatherings, please email Rev. Kristin at revkristin@uucb.org.
