What would be your words for greeting the day? Would you have a prayer and practice for readying yourself for what the day holds? How about for looking back over the day?
What would be your way of giving thanks?
What would be your practice before a meal?
How would you hold in compassion your loved ones, people who are hurting, and all beings?
Would you include exercises for centering yourself through quiet moments and awareness of your breathing? How might you remind yourself to take a moment to breathe before you speak or act?
How might you through prayer and practice offer yourself in service for the greater good?
Would you create a table or dresser top as a home altar? What would you place on it and what would the objects evoke? How often would you change the objects?
What are some affirmations about life you might say? What lines of poetry would you want to learn by heart? Would your practices include keeping a journal or recording your dreams?
What and how would you praise?
