Our UU Principles

Today we will explore how all 7 of our principles come together to help us create a just and loving society. How does love surround us through our principles? How does love guide us? We will use creative engagement to connect all 7 principles, discussing and exploring ways to live into our values in all of our communities. What does it look like to love out loud? How does it feel to be strong and confident as a UU?

Take Home:

Today we talked about how each of our principles are connected to our everyday lives. How does this show up at home and/or school? Take turns talking about any situation that has occurred during the day. Apply a UU principle and discuss how this principle informs and guides the situation. What does it look like to be a UU in the world? How does this affect our decision making?
