Love Surrounds Us

Our first UU principle affirms the worth and dignity of every person, in our own lives we can demonstrate this principle through love. Today we will explore what it means to let love work in our lives. Through creativity, story, and song we will examine what love looks like in each of our lives, and our wider community.

Take Home:

Today we explored the ways in which we love and are surrounded by love. We used creativity to activate and engage how love shows up in our lived and collective experience and how we can use love to shape our world. Extend this exploration by  talking about:

• How the spirit shows us the way of love
• Ways love surrounds your family each day
• Ways your family gives love to others each day

Or by taking a walk and using the creative forces of nature to explore ways that nature and the universe surround us with love.
